Privacy notice

This private archive uses invitation phone matching, individual access codes, owner approval, and limited listening analytics so the owner can manage access and understand how invited listeners use the music player.

What is recorded

The phone number attached to an invitation is transformed into a keyed one-way match value; only its last four digits remain readable in Signal Control. A manually shared invitation link is stored only as a keyed one-way token digest and expires after 15 minutes. Owner-phone enrollment links expire after 10 minutes; owner ChatGPT identities are retained only as keyed one-way digests with a short masked fingerprint after explicit approval. Raw owner identity values are never displayed or stored. The site does not send text messages; any message the owner sends through a phone is handled by that messaging service. The archive may also record the listener label associated with an issued code, invitation creation and use, approval requests, active device/session identifiers, tracks started, qualified spins, completions, and listening time. Device identifiers are stored as one-way hashes. Raw IP addresses and location history are not stored.

Who can see it

Analytics are available only to the archive owner. They are not shown to listeners, other invited users, or in public rankings.

How long it is kept

Unapproved requests expire after 30 minutes. Once approved, listeners keep access until their access-through date. A secure browser cookie remembers an approved session until that date; signing out clears it. Returning listeners may sign in again with their invitation details without another approval. Detailed listening events are retained for up to 90 days. Aggregate track and listener totals may be retained longer. Access can be denied, paused, or revoked at any time.
